How to read this edition
This book collects reports, speeches, talks, letters and written instructions issued between November 2012 and October 2022. The Chinese edition runs to two volumes; the 135 pieces presented here follow the order in which the base text was published, and each volume opens with a party congress report.
Each volume opens with a congress report — Volume I with the report to the 20th Party Congress (2022), Volume II with the report to the 19th (2017). The remaining pieces follow the publication order of the base text, so a volume is not a single chronological run but a congress report followed by dated material.
The English text on this site is not a translation made here. It is the published English edition (Foreign Languages Press, 2024), now released piece by piece by Qiushi English. Where the official English text has not yet been published for a piece, this site says so plainly rather than translating it.
What this site adds is provenance: for every piece, the date it was given, the occasion, the volume and number it occupies, and a link to the source. Nothing in the text is altered, abridged or re-titled.

FAQ
Is this a translation made by the site?
No. The English text is the published official edition, reproduced as released. The site translates nothing in the body of a piece.
Why do some pieces have no English text?
The official English edition is being released online piece by piece. For pieces not yet released, the page states that and links to the Chinese original.
Are the titles the book's own?
Yes, for the pieces with official English text. Where the official English text is not yet published, the title shown is a working title by this site and is labelled as such.
Can I cite a piece?
Yes. Each piece page carries a ready-made citation giving the book, volume, piece number, date and source. Copy it with the button on the page.
A search index for the English text is not yet built; the Chinese edition of this site has one.
